• Queueing Networks: A Fundamental Approach (International Series in Operations Research & Management Science), edited by R.J. Boucherie, N.M. van Dijk, Springer, has been published in 2010, and I wrote its Chapter 4 Palm Calculus, Reallocatable GSMP and Insensitivity Structure.
